Who this covers

This policy covers voorheescfe.com, the personal and professional site of David Voorhees, CFE. Professional services referenced here are delivered through Blue Horizon Group LLC (Atlanta, Georgia).

What is collected

• Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site. This is aggregate traffic measurement. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used, and analytics cookies are only set after you accept the banner.
• Information you send. If you use the contact form, the newsletter form, or the scheduling tool, you provide your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write. That information is used to reply to you and to deliver anything you asked for.
• Server logs. The web server records standard request logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and troubleshooting.

What is not done

Your information is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not used for advertising, and it is not shared with third parties except the service providers needed to run this site — analytics, email delivery, and scheduling — each acting on instruction.

Confidentiality of enquiries

Enquiries about potential engagements are treated as confidential. A mutual NDA is available before any case material or financial data is shared, and should be put in place before sending anything sensitive. Please do not send confidential case documents through the contact form — ask for a secure channel first.

Newsletter

Subscribing is opt-in, and every message includes a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from future sends; it does not delete prior correspondence.

The only cookies set are the Google Analytics measurement cookies described above, plus a single local browser flag recording that you dismissed the cookie banner. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time without losing access to anything on this site.
